- 1. What payment method can I use?
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- 2. What if I don’t have a credit card, how can I pay?
- Unfortunately, the only forms of payment taken online are with a credit or debit card.
- 3. Can you send me an invoice?
- Sorry, since the only form of payment taken is by credit or debit card, we are not able to process orders and then send an invoice for payment.
- 4. I've received an error message on the payment page. Did my order go through?
- Make sure that you have selected the correct expiration date. Verify that the credit card number was entered correctly. If you are using a new (or recently reissued) credit card, please be sure that you have activated the new card before entering the number into the order form.
- 5. When will my credit card be charged?
- Your credit card will be charged the amount quoted at the time you click the submit button. The charge on your credit card statement will read "Online Classifieds".
- 6. Why do I have to re-enter my credit card every time I place an order on my existing account?
- Even though our site is secure, we do not store credit card information. For convenience, and security, our system retains billing information.
