Manage Online Account - Username/Password

1. How do I reset my password?

To reset a password, you must first be logged into your account. Once you are logged in, a link on the upper portion of the page will read Member Center or My Account. When you click on that, you will be taken to a list of options where it will be once of the first few choices. You will be asked for your current password and your new password.

2. I forgot my username/password, how do I request it?

Under each log in will be an option that states if you have forgotten your password to click here. Clicking on that link will take you to a page where you can input your username if you know it or your email address if it is registered.

3. Do I have to keep the temporary password?

No, but we recommend that you change it.
