Managing Your Ad - Publishing Dates

1. Can my online ad run on a different day than my print ad?

Unfortunately, you are not able to have your online ad run on a different day than your print ad.

2. Can I change my run date after I have created my ad?

No. Once you have created your ad, you are not able to change the run dates to your ad. If you need to change the run date, please contact us (if you placed your ad online) or the newspaper (if you placed your ad with the paper) before your ad runs and we will be glad to cancel your existing ad so that you can place a new ad with the correct run dates.

3. Can I make changes to my print and online ad before they are published?

If you placed an ad that is to appear online and in print, you can contact us for any changes that need to be made. A member of our customer service team will be happy to help you make changes.

4. I want to place an ad, but I don't know your deadlines. What do I do?
